Every home can now have a cinema. Even where space is limited or the aesthetics minimalist, a superb home cinema can still be installed. Where a separate room is not available, we can install plasma screens within walls or a projector and screen that can disappear into the ceiling and out of view. In-wall and ceiling speakers allow for hidden audio too. The equipment can be located elsewhere in the house to ensure a clean look to the main room.
When a dedicated room has been available, deckorum have installed cinema seating, air conditioning, lighting, projectors and screens that give the full cinema experience in your home. Large plasmas are ideal for the multi-purpose cinema lounge that may be used for Sky, TV, DVD etc, but DLP projectors give a bigger image and a cinematic presence to a purpose-built room. Larger CRT projectors
in dedicated cinema rooms give a very large image whilst
retaining absolute picture quality.
As with any deckorum installed system, ease of use is high on the agenda. Home cinemas can be controlled from illuminated Pronto or Crestron touch panel controls. The lighting can also be designed to fade up or down automatically as you pause or play.
In larger installations, other elements of the home can be incorporated into the cinema system. These may include whole house lighting and security, so that you can enjoy your film, knowing that the house is secure. If a CCTV system is required, this can be linked to the cinema room to interrupt a film if triggered, for example.
